The Future Mobility
In the research partnership iCity: Intelligent city, scientists from the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences are working together with around 46 partners from industry, politics and associations from the region to develop concepts for the city of the future.
In this project, I joined in the iCity sub-project: future mobility - E-bike sharing create a 3D web-based application to visualize and analyze the historical electric bike route in Stuttgart to answer the questions such as; which route is the safest, the most challenging, or the least-noise bike route. In the back-end, my implementation is based on the CesiumJS web client, OGC CityGML models, OGC SensorThings API standard. All powered by the NodeJS runtime.

The 3D web-based application for visualizing and monitoring the urban environmental data including traffic data, air quality data, wind simulation data, and much more.
COVID-STA (Present)
The SensorThings server for COVID-19 data
My Individual project to share the COVID-19 dataset through the OGC SensorThings API (STA) standard. This server is built based on FROST the server implementation of STA from Fraunhofer. In the backend, an application is written in Java-based with PostgreSQL database.
OGC 3D IoT Pilot (2019-2020)
The SensorThings server for COVID-19 data
Recent years have seen a significant increase in the use of three-dimensional (3D) data in the Internet of Things (IoT). The goal of the 3D IoT Platform for Smart Cities Pilot was to advance the use of open standards for integrating environmental, building, and IoT data in Smart Cities. Under this initiative a proof of concept (PoC) has been conducted to better understand the capabilities to be supported by a 3D IoT Smart City Platform under the following standards: CityGML, IndoorGML, SensorThings API, 3D Portrayal Service, and 3D Tiles.
In this project, I developed the SensorThings API server (STA) for managing the air quality sensor data in the study area of Sejong, South Korea. The data from STA is connected with the WPS service to calculate the air quality heatmap in the city level. In the client-side, the virturalcitySystem CesiumJS based software is used to develop the 3D geo-portal application.
